This year university of pennsylvania is holding a women in STEM conference to raise interest for women in the science field. This gives women a safe place to share their work and gain support in a male dominated field. Next week High Point University’s own computer science club will be traveling to charlotte to participate in their own women in STEM conference that happens once every four years.
